I had time to make music.
Today, I will return to a this time. It was a better time, a more simple time, less corrupt with today’s globalized media and the recession and whatnot.
I just have to finish these three papers and my music theory homework…

You are kicking my ass.
From the 5 page papers due two days later to the pop quizzes I can never get right, the full books I must read in mere days and of course the infinite amount of viral entertainment as well as the myriad of equally homework-overloaded teenagers living in the same building as me to keep me from completing any of it, you have successfully consumed all of my time.
But you won’t take me alive! Tonight instead of doing my homework I vow to go out to dinner with my family, spend an hour fooling around on Logic Pro, draw in my journal, and maybe even EXERCISE.
I vow to eat something besides pizza and bagels and potato chips.
And I vow to eat it out of something besides a tupperware or a paper box.
I vow to clean my dorm room. (Maybe.)
I vow to sleep more than four hours tonight.

feeling a little down today
thought i’d up my day with an up-dayte. [sorry]
i am working on approximately 10983409823048920495712934-29834 songs today, blowing off my homework, drinking an absolutely unhealthy amount of coffee and i haven’t had a cigarette yet. perhaps that last part has something to do with my current state, but i’m opting for a more lung-healthy coping mechanism and therefore am launching into some serious stuff-doing. case in point? new “quotes” page (which will be up, i’m sure, by the time (if) anyone reads this. chiggity check it out! should be kinda fly.
now off to actually create that page.
